So it is Sunday! A day for Peace, Relaxation, Rejuvenation. A time to just take a moment to clear the clutter of the previous week and to start another week, anew. A time to just take a moment...just take a moment. So this Sunday, ask yourself, in the midst of that moment. HOW ARE YOU? You are sure to find the answer. In all of what can be revealed through that answer, can you pinpoint the very things leading you there? Are there lessons to draw from? Ones you are well familiar with or growing familiar with within every elapsed second. HOW ARE YOU? No really, the YOU that is affixed on a timeline of the human experience. The YOU that is from its earliest beginnings to the latest second your blessed with. The inner, most internal you, seldom outwardly presented YOU. HOW ARE YOU? Are you in full acknowledgement and understanding of your deepest inner-most feelings, as they come. Do you allow full authority to them, full agency to let them dissipate, naturally, as they are to. Are you leveled in the ways in which you have been handling, YOURSELF. Is it with care? Do you hold your well-being in serious regard? Are you as good to yourself on your worst of days as you are on your best of them... If not ... Do you strive to be / Do you actively work at it?
Going forth... As you sit with, yourself, Ask yourself this from time to time. There has always been something within that self-reflective period that has kept me leveled; even at times, beyond human understanding. But, that's just alright. Once your up-keeping or even creating a healthy internal dialogue, YOUR better YOU, should be the ultimate reward. Regardless of where it is to be understood. So this SUNDAY, I encourage you to make a habit of doing a Self Check-In, every once-in-a-while. Just to be sure that you are being as good to yourself as you can possibly be. Just to be sure you are as leveled as you truly wish to be. Take a moment ... Be thankful for the new day ... Reflect ... and just Check-In ... So, How Are You?
